Stephan R. Leimberg

Stephan R. Leimberg is CEO of LISI, Leimberg Information Services, Inc., at leimbergservices.com, a provider of e-mail/internet news and commentary for professionals on recent cases, rulings, and legislation; CEO of Leimberg and LeClair, Inc., an estate and financial planning software company; and President of Leimberg Associates, Inc., a publishing and software company in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania at leimberg.com.

He has been honored as Estate Planner of the Year by the Montgomery County Estate Planning Council and as Distinguished Estate Planner by the Philadelphia Estate Planning Council. He is also recipient of the President’s Cup of the Philadelphia Life Underwriters, a three time Boris Todorovitch Lecturer, and the first Ben Feldman Lecturer.

John J. McFadden

John J. McFadden is a tax and pension lawyer and consultant practicing in Philadelphia, PA. His undergraduate degree is from Lehigh University, with a master’s degree from the University of Rochester, and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.  He has been admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar and the United States Tax Court.

Mr. McFadden is the author of articles in tax and professional journals on such subjects as professional corporations, insured pension plans, retirement plan distributions, and nonqualified deferred compensation.  He is the co-author of Employee Benefits, 9th Edition, published by Dearborn Financial Publishing, Inc. in 2012.

Mr. McFadden also speaks and consults on tax and compensation planning matters and conducts seminars for financial planners.

Joseph F. Stenken

Joseph F. Stenken, J.D., CLU, ChFC, is Qualified Plan Counsel at McHenry Advisers, which provides retirement actuarial, insurance, and plan administration services. At McHenry he assists in design and implementation of qualified retirement plans.

He was previously a member of the Advanced Markets team at Ameritas Life Insurance Corporation.  At Ameritas, he assisted agents in case design in areas such as Estate Planning and Business Continuation planning. He has given numerous educational webinars to agents and financial advisors. He has also given CE lectures to various NAIFA chapters.

Prior to Ameritas he was an Assistant Editor at the National Underwriter Company. While at National Underwriter he worked on numerous publications, including Tax Facts on Insurance & Employee Benefits, Field Guide to Estate, Employee, & Business Planning, The Social Security Source Book, and books in the Tools and Techniques series.

Joseph graduated from the University of Cincinnati College of Law. He was President of the Cincinnati Chapter of NAIFA in 2020 and is a past President of the Cincinnati Chapter of the Society of FSP for the 2009-2010 year. He earned his Bachelor of Science from Miami University and was a submarine officer in the U.S. Navy.
