Enterprise Content Management: A Key Compliance Component

As regulatory and legal compliance requirements continue to escalate, companies are finding that managing content (documents, records, Web content, emails) has become a key corporate governance ingredient. Senior managers, auditors, regulators and other stakeholders are all demanding immediate access to information, transparent, traceable transactions and processes, and up-to-date, communicable policies and procedures. The fragmented information repositories and legacy databases of the past decade no longer serve the rapidly changing needs of the marketplace.

While content management implementations succeed or fail at the same rate as other large IT projects, increasing compliance requirements are “upping the ante” on these initiatives.

Learn from industry experts about best practices that can not only provide companies a compliance platform but a competitive weapon.
