eBook Troubleshooting
On the Kindle Fire, my eBook doesn't have a cover image in the Bluefire Reader library.
This seems to happens once in a while. Once you've opened your eBook and browse several pages, the cover image will be visisble when you return to the Bluefire Reader library.
On my PC, when I try to download an eBook I get an "Unable to download. Unspecified error".
In your browser settings, add 'www.nationalunderwriter.com' to your list of Trusted Sites...
On the Galaxy Tab, when I try to open my eBook in Bluefire reader, I get an "No Access. Access denied to this item".
In Bluefire Reader, tap the 'Info' icon, enter your Adobe ID and password to authorize your device...
