The Rudiments of Workers’ Compensation Fraud

Donna Gallagher is the Statewide Fraud Investigation Program Manager at State Compensation Insurance Fund.  She is the State Fund designee to the Fraud Assessment Commission and is a member of the National Health Care Anti-Fraud Association.  Ms. Gallagher has served on the California Department of Insurance Workers’ Compensation Fraud Advisory Committee and the California Workers’ Compensation Institute Anti-Fraud Committee.
