Forging Relationships with Prosecutors to Reduce Insurance Fraud

All anti-fraud programs should have communications with law enforcement component.  Of these, the strongest partnership should be with the local District Attorney’s office.  Insurance fraud cases that are prosecuted have a high conviction rate due to these relationships and the strength of the anti-fraud program behind them.  Attend this session and learn strategies for developing and improving communications with prosecutors.
