Attend this session and learn about the California Workers’ Compensation Fraud Statutes, including what they mean and what they don’t mean.  Specifically, you will learn how to identify the rudiments of fraud, know the difference between Workers’ Compensation abuse and fraud, and understand the various types of Workers’ Compensation Fraud.
